UAF Trespass Delegation
In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the UAF Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all UAF facilities:
- UAF Chief of Police and Officers
- UAF Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following UAF campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- UAF Bristol Bay ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Director
- UAF Chukchi ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Director
- UAF Kuskokwim ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Director
- UAF Northwest ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by UAF in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
