Borealis Bistro offers Italian menu today

The Borealis Bistro's menu theme for March 5 is Italian cuisine. The entree choices include spaghetti carbonara, pizza margherita, pasta with sausage and clams, braised short ribs and chicken cacciatore.

The bistro is open Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hutchison Institute of Technology at 3770 Geist Road. It's operated by the UAF Community and Technical �þ��Ƶ's culinary arts and hospitality program.

The bistro offers an entree, beverage and choice of soup or salad for a fixed price of $12. It also offers appetizers and desserts for $4 each. Espressos come in a variety of flavors and prices.
