GI research gains attention, high readership

The work of Research Assistant Professor Guido 鈥℅rosse and his colleagues has been spotlighted by the American Geophysical鈥 Union. Grosse is the lead author of 鈥淰ulnerability of high-latitude soil organic carbon in North America to disturbance,鈥 a comprehensive investigation into climate change impacts on soil carbon storage in the far north appearing in the , Vol. 116. The article is the focus of the , selected out of several research pieces compiled for the journal鈥檚鈥 special issue focusing on different disturbances to the carbon cycle.鈥 In addition to JGR Biogeoscience, Grosse and鈥 colleagues will be featured in an upcoming issue of as a鈥≧esearch Spotlight, an ongoing column in the AGU weekly newspaper.
