Museum Discovery Series planned for spring semester

The University of Alaska Museum of the North has planned a new series of presentations
for the spring semester. The Museum Discovery Series features a different curator
each month unveiling new discoveries based on research in the museum鈥檚 collections.
The presentations will be held in the museum auditorium on Thursdays at 6 p.m. and
are free and open to the public.This year鈥檚 series includes the following presentations:
- March 24, 鈥淐limate Change and the Easter Bunny,鈥 by Link Olson.
- April 21, 鈥淲onders of the Wandering Arctic Lamprey,鈥 by Andres Lopez.
- May 5, 鈥淧lant Identification: An Essential Life Skill?鈥 by Steffi Ickert-Bond.
