North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ to be closed to vehicles

Vehicles will not be permitted in UAF's North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ area during the spring breakup
period.
The closure will start when the snow goes out, probably near the third week of April
this year. It will continue for approximately one month. All dates are ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ dependent.
People who need vehicle access to North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ before the end of May to transport
materials to a research site should contact Kara Axx, Facilities Service's North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ
manager, at kaaxx@alaska.edu or 474-2648 before the snow goes out to arrange assistance
by snowmachine.
