North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ Subcommittee seeks faculty

The North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ Subcommittee is seeking a faculty representative to serve on the committee to represent the diverse non-university users of the land and trails, including hikers, horseback riders, bicyclists, skiers and educational users. Applicants should be familiar with the UAF trails and the Fairbanks community. The North ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ Subcommittee meets once a month and makes recommendations on the research, education and recreation use of the area and reports to the University's Master Planning Committee. The term is for three years. The 1,100-acre UAF north campus area supports research, teaching and recreation, including the UAF trail system.
