Olga Skinner: Inspired by students

鈥淚 am so inspired by my students. I see some of the challenges that they go through
that don鈥檛 hold them back. I see them going for new experiences, challenging themselves,
and maintaining ties to their culture. Also, I see them pushing themselves to be better
