UAF to host Ph.D. ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Preview weekend
Prospective UAF students tour West Ridge and Lower ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ as part of the 2023 ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Preview Day.
More than two dozen prospective Ph.D. students will visit campus this weekend as part of the R1 initiative. A variety of activities are planned ranging from academic activities with their faculty mentor and research cohort to cultural activities through the Festival of Native Arts. Students will also have the opportunity to explore uniquely Alaska sites such as Chena Hot Springs and/or the World Ice Art Championships.
