URSA seminar: How to get started

Are you looking for hands-on experience and skills development in the discipline you love? Join a Zoom session on Thursday, Sept. 28 from 1-2 p.m. focused on getting started with URSA.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • What is Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity (URSA)?
  • How to start/join projects as a first-time URSA student
  • Current opportunities & funding at UAF

This event is geared toward undergraduate students (working toward an Occupational Endorsement, Certificate, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline) who are new to UAF or a UAF-affiliated campus (Bristol Bay ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ, Chukchi ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ, Community and Technical ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ, Interior Alaska ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ, Kuskokwim ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ, and Northwest ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓÆµ) or who have not previously been involved in undergraduate research at UAF.
