Volunteers requested for 2026 Really Free Market

This is a call for volunteers for the 2026 Really Free Market. Please consider joining
Summer Sessions in hosting the 15th annual market on Saturday, May 16, on the UAF
¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ in the Lola Tilly parking lot. As in past years, the drop-off of clean, safe,
and usable items is from 8-10 a.m. The market itself is open from 10-11 a.m., and
cleanup usually begins about 11 a.m.
Volunteers are needed to:
- unload and sort items as they arrive
- keep traffic moving safely through the lot
- be of assistance and keep an eye on the public while they scoop up all the great stuff
- help clean up as the event winds down

This is an amazing annual event for our community, and volunteers are welcome for all or part of the day.
