How to donate
There are plenty of ways to be involved and to support us through donations. If you are interested in directly supporting music at UAF, please consider our focused accounts below.
To contribute to UAF Music Department Support, please click on the "Make a Gift" link button above; this direct you to the University of Alaska Foundation website where you will enter your specified gift amount. Alternatively, click one of the links below to contribute to one of our focused accounts. If you have any questions regarding donating, please contact our office at 907-474-7555.

Friends of UAF Music
Friends of UAF Music are the family outside our department who provide encouragement, opportunity, and support through their generosity and passion for music performance and education. Your support is used for various important programs ranging from scholarships, music education, and student travel for summer young artist programs.
Become a member of Friends of UAF Music (for FREE) to receive updates about all programs, photos of events, volunteer requests, and a recurring newsletter. Anybody and everybody can become a friend of UAF Music! Each parent, guardian, family member, friend, and supporter of UAF Music is encouraged to join our active and growing community.

UAF Circumpolar Music Series
鈥婽he Circumpolar Music Series (CMS), initiated by the UAF Department of Music in 2022, annually showcases artists, scholars, and musicians from the circumpolar region. Through performances, lectures, and hands-on activities, CMS explores and shares the distinct features of northern art and music. 鈥
By donating to the Circumpolar Music Series, you can help sustain this vibrant platform that celebrates and preserves the unique musical traditions of the circumpolar north, fostering cultural exchange and enriching our global artistic heritage.


UAF Summer Music Academy
Donations to the UAF Summer Music Academy support an intensive two-week program of music education for middle and high school students on the beautiful UAF Troth Yeddah' campus.
UAF Summer Musicians Fund
Supporting the UAF Summer Musicians Fund helps provide awards to Music majors at UAF who have been accepted into national and international young artist programs.
