Fairbanks Pollen Count
Updated: Monday, June 22, 2026
Tree pollen is continuing to recede, and our early-summer ground covers and grasses
are keeping a low profile. Summer is in full swing, and today’s air sample brings us a fascinating look at a
beautiful local wildflower you’ve likely spotted along the trails recently: Tall Bluebells
(Mertensia paniculata).
Today’s Official Counts (June 22, 2026):
The overall air quality remains beautifully clear as we slide past the solstice, with
most counts staying very low.

Alder - 1 - low
Birch - 4 - low
Juniper - low

*Pollen counts are certified by the National Allergy Bureau. Mold counts are independently
